Congratulations for completing your "training"? and progressing to your practice. I am interested in hearing more about this "practice", "Study", "Philosophy of Life"...I'm not sure what to call it. Your description of anger conjures up times when I need to feel it and let it go. I am involved in an activity right now that used to totally dominate my life and now I am able to step back and participate and enjoy it without allowing me to be consumed by it. I look forward to learning more about Samyama. Peace to you and to those you love. Rob
Thanks Rob. It feels like this blog is going to decribe my evolution from my beginnings of my own Samyama practice until now, so stay tuned and more will follow that can be applied to everyday life. It still astounds me that the consistent dicipline continues to deepen my practice. Nancy
